7 years ago Conventions will be used to prevent legal issues. We have to request to our lawyer different kind of conventions to solve different kinds of problems. Our main conventions are:
- with clients
- with partners
- with collaborators
- with employees
- with partners
The administration has to keep contracts up-to-date to be able to solve the potentials legal problem.
As the first imperative, the company has to prevent risk!
