Scroll wheel zoom #1655

Summary

On desktop it would be nice if we could have the option of scrolling to zoom in/out.

Motivation

When a lightbox is open on desktop, scrolling is the intuitive way to zoom in. Many other lightbox libraries and similar UX have this feature.

This issue requested the same feature and even includes some code to add it, but seems like it was closed and forgotten about: https://github.com/sachinchoolur/lightGallery/issues/624
