feat(zoom): zoom via mousewheel #1656

Fixes #1655 and #624 by allowing the image to be zoomed with the scroll wheel on desktop.

It could probably be enhanced because currently it just zooms around the centre rather than around where the mouse cursor is, but I think it's better than nothing.
