Add a checkbox to enable/disable Search and Replace without having to completely remove the pattern #519

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a binary option (checkbox) that allows one to select whether 
S&R is used or not, without having to clear out the pattern.  This is because 
one might sometimes wish to disable it, but not have to retype a potentially 
long and complex pattern to re-enable it.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
1.5.2 beta, on a Nexus One (AT&T), Android 2.1-update-1 (Eclair)
