Need to be able to get flight number in consistent way. That could come from folder names as long as folders are correctly named. Anything else I can think of would require a lot more work... e.g. make a table relating flight numbers to flight times... OR we could just make a unique ID for each unique folder.
Make it based on folder name, but have quality control that standardizes it.
