Update ostypes #867

OSTypeを最新に更新。

Note: この変更により queryパッケージで提供しているServerDefaultUserName()の戻り値が従来と異なる値を返すことがある。 従来は祖先アーカイブにdistro-coreosタグを持つアーカイブが存在したら、ユーザ名としてcoreを返していたが、この変更以降はデフォルト値(空文字列)を返すようになる。
