[feature request] get maintenance reboot server information #15

I want to get maintenance information of cherry blossoms clouds. Obtain a host to be restarted by maintenance.

With or without maintenance
Maintenance schedule
Maintenance target server

I totally agree:+1: Fortunately, Usacloud has already implemented getting server maintenance information. So I think we can implements these features in this project too.

We will implements this at next version.
