I'm not sure I'm happy with this term/definition. The term "event" is well-known and probably basically understood. Also, the definition is narrowly focused on endpoint state change. If we really want "event" to mean endpoint state change, then why not call it a "SACM event" or "state change event", or why even have it defined at all?
Also, I notice that this term appears to describe requirements which are likely not relevant to its definition.
