Invententory of specialized assets relevant to SACM #90

In order to limit the scope of the overloaded term asset, this issue proposes a general elaboration of "inventory" related term as an alternative, including expositional text wrt assets.

This issues will retain open action items, if https://github.com/sacmwg/draft-ietf-sacm-terminology/issues/84 is closed.
