Human fury warrior using "Every man for himself" when charging.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Beeing Human
2. Specced into Fury with Juggernaut talent
3. Charge

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like it to not use this racial when it doesn't have to, or not at all. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using the current from Trunk on a win7.

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes uses the racial at times which what for me seems like random. Usually 
togheter with other cooldowns.
