Description: Added a new helper function, generateLeaderboardData(), designed for creating leaderboard data

Code Changes:

• Created a new file for leaderboard in helpers folder and in component folder
• Included the generateLeaderboardData() function within the leaderboard file located in the helpers folder
• exported Challenge interface and Contributor interface from challenges and contributors file located in the helpers module to use it in leaderboard file
• Included Leaderboard in home.jsx
