Support for fixed zooming #126

There is a "dpi_aware" option on the Settings wiki page. It zooms page 
according to system DPI settings. No support for fixed zooming as of this time. 
Support for fixed zooming would be a nice feature to have.

Introduce "auto_zooming" option, something similar to the one available in CEF
