What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import attached xml file (it is utf-8)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Values that contain é are split across several lines

What version of Google Refine are you using?
Version 2.0 [r1836]

What operating system and browser are you using?
Firefox 5, Vista

I ran your attached file through Refine 2.1 and it looks much better, without 
incorrect splitting on some unicode characters.  Refine 2.1, which fixes 
several bugs, is being released today or tomorrow, so look forward to that 
update.  Great dataset on SKOS by the way !

This seems to work in trunk/ (upcoming 2.5), too. Marked as fixed.
