Trashing Urchin gains a mercenary in hand #627

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play "Invasion" which had Urchin (DA) 
2. Play an Urchin then another attack card. Trash Urchin. You will gain a 
Mercenary in to your hand. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I thought mercenary is gained - into Discard pile 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.01 on Android 4.2

I cannot reproduce this in the latest build.
