"Forge" card can crash game if all relevant piles are depleted #653

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deplete all piles of a certain value (e.g.: deplete the Coppers and the 
Curses, which together are the only cards costing 0)
2. Play a Forge card, trashing cards equal to the value of the depleted piles 
(e.g.: in this case, trash a bunch of coppers and curses)
3. Play freezes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: this should be a free trash since there are no available cards of the 
value. (Just as if you trash cards worth, say, 10 or 12, it's a free trash 
because there are no cards costing that amount).
Instead: Game freezes and you can't continue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 4.01
Android version 2.3.7 on ADR6300 (HTC Incredible)
CyanogenMod 7.2.0
