Nurses can vaccinate in parallel #26

I have made a new issue for this so we can discuss just this.

Now you can make multiple nurses vaccinate people at the same time (as of the most recent commit), it seems to be working nicely and hopefully you can confirm as much.

One problem I foresee at the moment is that they are just too efficient one nurse if placed in front of a marked patient will just vaccinate and zoom from person to person and you can clear the infections a bit too easily. I think this may need tweaking. Either we have a sort of "chance to vaccinate" much like infections or maybe a cooldown time for each nurse so they can't vaccinate someone else until 5 seconds later or something. The former is much better really.

I have noticed that this depends on the nurse, how crowded it is and how close the infected are to each other. One with a higher skill level will zip around more than one with middle or low skill. In my game tonight in a crowded hospital I still had to pick the nurse up and put her near to where she was needed even though she had high skill. Not having enough benches also slows down the vaccination in a busy hospital, because more patients are standing - so don't get vaccinated. On nurses speed, I thought that this was the same in TH, so it has not made it any easier in my opinion.

Oh, ok that sounds reasonable then, thanks for testing it. If it's too easy we can always reduce the radius the nurses check around or limit the number of nurses working in parallel. We'll fix this after release if we get any complaints.
