Ne fonctionne pas bien avec IE 8 #108

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION:1.47
JQUERY VERSION:1.4.2

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S):IE 8
OS : Windows XP, Vista, Seven

Feel free to provide any additional information below.
En mode multifiles, les fichiers ne s'ajoutent pas automatiquement en dessous, 
ils apparaissent seulement quand on reclique sur "parcourir". Une fois cliqué 
sur "Parcourir" pour ajouter un autre fichier, t un second champ de type "input 
type=file" apparait :-(  Au final, c'est plutôt déroutant et buggé.

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.
