Compute inverse distortion parameters using chess calibration #11

Describe the desired functionality:

At the current release, the inverse distortion parameters are obtained by 
optimization, considering the .dat points. That must be changed, when 
using chess calibration information, the .dat points must be used ONLY to 
R and T estimation.

Actually using oulu 'approximation'. Good results, but more work should be done 
in 
this. Reducing priority.
