Cannot export to PNG when "Show Rows" option is selected #4

Basically the export to PNG works great except when rows are displayed in the 
gantt chart.  Would also be great if vertical rows could be exported in the 
image.

To reproduce the problem:

1. Install OpenProj
2. Install patch from OpenProjext to allow export to *.PNG
3. Open/Create a project (*.pod) in OpenProj
4. File > Export to PNG

Result:
- Exports to *.PNG fine

5. Enable "Show Rows" option by right clicking on Gannt chart and selecting 
from options
6. File > Export to PNG

Result:
- Does not export to *.PNG
- Mouse timer icon always appears when you mouse over "Export to PNG" option in 
File menu.
