Add several scales in addition to the already included scales

When landing #30, these scales can be landed as well. I've included:

• Blues scale blues
• Flamenco flamenco
• The harmonic minor harmonicminor
• The melodic minor melodicminor
• Double harmonic scale (not sure why... why not?) doubleharmonic

Along with this, I accidentally committed the Jakefile update which was meant to go to the master branch directly - oh well.

I'll pull this, when #30 gets pulled, probably later this week.

Pulling this as well, as #30 doesn't really change anything without these extra scales :)
