Add Bower Config #88

You need to register teoria after merging:

bower register teoria git://github.com/saebekassebil/teoria.git

This will allow users to install teoria via:

bower install teoria

Whoops, I missed the previous discussions regarding Bower.

It seems Teoria can be installed via bower install teoria, but it doesn't appear in the registry. I don't see a bower.json anywhere in the repository? Maybe it will appear in the registry after a merge and / or unregister + register?

teoria should be installable with bower:

$ bower install saebekassebil/teoria
