bump mp4ameta_proc version

In the lastest documentation some text meant to be wrapped within backticks is not properly wrapped. This is because you updated mp4ameta_proc 24 days ago but did not update its dependency in mp4ameta

I'm wondering though why the docs weren't updated since cargo publish automatically adds a caret requirement which would include the update from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1.
