The build using Linux (ubuntu-18.04) is not running. Looking at the latest workflow runs we can see a warning that was ignored since a long time ago:

The ubuntu-18.04 environment is deprecated, consider switching to ubuntu-20.04(ubuntu-latest), or ubuntu-22.04 instead. For more details see https://github.com/actions/virtual-environments/issues/6002

Maybe this is the cause the build is not running.
Before continue, let's update the workflow to use Ubuntu 20.04 (ubuntu-20.04)
