Update from vulnerable `ovsx` version #55

I upgraded things on my end because the lock file version jump was too big a jump to handle all at once.

If the lock file version bump still makes sense then a rebase with a lock file upgrade makes sense, because this is dependencies I'm just a little extra cautious. Sorry about the excessive ceremony.
