Here are the following bugs regarding this issue:

"checkmate" home title and its elements below (check-in button and "minimalistic task manager" text) should be at a center of the screen, horizontally and vertically
"To-Do list" text should be at the center of the screen or should be a bit more above
todo li's (the todo tasks including the "enter your task" element) should be centered

Fixed all the bullet but leaving this issue open in case the UI isn't centered again.
