Don't print covariate names while reading SaemixData #25

Printing these in the read() method is irritating - printing the covariate names in the print method is sufficient.

Seems this does not fix the issue... I guess I will need to file an issue first ...

Oh well, after clearing the knitr cache I found that it does fix the issue.
