Tick off sigen when Weekly done for the day #32

When a note is created the counter for the weekly counter get's increased. With this change a tick off is added as well to visualize todays note is done. Otherwise the question comes up if it's from today or not (yes, the daily count would show it as well, but like this it's visualized stronger).
