Settings menu for selecting a webcam does not work for GPhoto2 Plugin #124

When using the GPhoto2 Multimedia plugin, then the selector menu for the camera source doesn't work.

Possible fix: deactivate the selection of source when using GPhoto2

Possible fix in the newest version of the GPhoto plugin. This plugin exposes the camera names as a list. Was tested on x86. Needs more testing on Raspberry Pi.
