hello I'm seeing the following message after inputing my data/controls. Can anyone assist?

Error in FlowSOM::AggregateFlowFrames(files, nCells, channels = colsToUse) : unused argument (channels = colsToUse)

Could you check whether you are using the latest github version of both flowsom and cytonorm?
