Hi, Many thanks for your invaluable packages. Just a short alert. diff is undefined at https://github.com/saeyslab/FlowSOM/blob/af08bb6f6a61f8c594300fa45d5d9f3d0da0e9f8/R/3_buildMST.R#L1627 I feel you pushed a wip version of this function. Cheers.
