Add minimum number of counts per cell and minimum number of cells per gene to napari UI #123

I would suggest making the values for minimum number of counts per cell (currently set to 10) and minimum number of cells per gene (currently set to 5) adjustable in the napari UI since these are important thresholds to be able to adjust and dependent on the specific experiment being analyzed. If I understand correctly, these can already be adjusted when running an analysis in a jupyter notebook?

They indeed can be adapted in the notebooks! So it is just functionality that si'nt transferred yet
