Is there any mouse ligand and receptor annotation set? #187

I use ortholog genes to analyze mouse ligand and receptor activities now, but I wonder is there any other mouse ligand and receptor annotation set?

No, we don't have a model that was built from mouse-specific databases. In both our conversion function and the new ligand-target matrix, we also made use of orthologs.
