discrepancy in results output #301

Hi,

I recently re-run Nichenet and I have different results from the first time I run it (several months ago). Do you know what could cause these differences in results?

Hi,

Did you update from Seurat v4 to v5 by any chance? If the ligand activity prediction results are different, that is most likely the issue. Also see #285 for more info.
