Failing tests because local files were used #80

@ivanovaos , some tests are failing e.g. test_carnival_simplest_case.R because it uses files from your google drive: '/Users/olgaivanova/GoogleDrive/_PhD_Heidelberg/playground/carnival_style/carnival/tests/test_networks/direct_network.sif' please fix them

Others are failing because the results are different from expected, like test_createMeasurementsVariables.R
