@cecca46 Should consider reducing the source tree: src/main/java/Germany/RWTH/JRCCombine/internal/Omnipath/

As far as I know, this folder structure is not optional.

As Attila mentioned, this was the default source tree structure provided by the Cytoscape manual. It may be possible to reduce it, but I honestly wouldn't take the risk
