Error when plotting core components #1

Hello,

I hit an error when trying to plot the core components for my enrichment: Error in PATH_COLLECTION$HGNC_SYMBOL[[PFP$pathway_id[i]]] : attempt to select less than one element in get1index This is the command I used: SLAPE.core_components(PATH = "./slap_enrich/", PFP=ov_slap_enrich, EM=likely_somatic_exome_vars, PATH_COLLECTION=KEGG_PATH)
