The line:
install_github("saezlab/SLAPenrich")
Always raises an error regarding a dependency (qvalue package) when following installation instructions of SLAPenrich in https://saezlab.github.io/SLAPenrich/1_installation
It can be easily solved by installing it manually with BiocManager::install("qvalue"), but I thought this was of your interest to be changed
