Changes in wrapper statistics
Now wrapper statistics for viper or gsva does not allow to edit size of regulons. This is in order to evaluate the same parameters in all of the statistics when running decouple(). To allow the user to change this quickly, decoupleR provides filter_regulons() that should be run before the analysis.
Unit test
Some tidy evaluations test were removed since this property is tested with convert_f_defaults().
