Installing LIANA #76

Hi,

I previously successfully installed LIANA, and got it working. Then recently, when I try to load the package again, I got an error -

Error: object 'homologene_download' is not exported by 'namespace:OmnipathR

I tried reinstalling and I got the same error.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi @GoBucket,

If you update Omnipath to a later version from Github the problem will be resolved.

I got this same error today, and I am using both liana's and omnipath's GitHub versions.

Any idea how to solve this?
