WRONG: port: 110011 . within config.example.yml

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. config.example.yml port: 110011 is wrong;

If relevant, please paste your RubyCAS-Server config.yml file here.
### mongrel example (since mongrel doesn't support SSL on its own, you will
have

server: mongrel
port: 110011

Please provide any additional information below.
 Computer max port 65535 and the config port large than it , it's wrong.

I suggest it replace  55355.
