Error adding gnosis safe

Describe the bug

When adding a gnosis safe to the Android app, I get the following error Can't add safe : an error occurred. Please try again later

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

--- Adding a new safe ---

1. Open the Gnosis Safe app on Android
2. Choose Load Gnosis Safe
3. Choose the desired network (in my case, the error occurs both with Rinkeby and BNB Smart Chain)
4. Enter the safe address (either by scanning the QR code from the desktop app or entering manually)
5. Verify the green verification icon, that it is a valid gnosis safe, choose next
6. Provide a name, mysafe, choose next
7. Verify the following error occurs

Can't add safe : an error occurred. Please try again later

--- Trying to add the safe again ---

1. Follow the steps from above until step number 4
2. Verify the following error occurs, where the progress of adding a safe is halted (cannot choose the next button)

Can't use this address: a Safe with this address has been added already. Please use another Safe address (Error: 1101)

3. Go back to the home screen
4. Verify the top bar shows No Safe Loaded and the message Get started by loading your Gnosis Safe

Expected behavior While going through the process of adding the safe, no errors occur and the safe is added normally.

• Device: Oneplus 5T
• Android Version: 11
• App Version: 3.3.0

Additional context

• In order to exclude connection issues, I disabled my VPN during one of my tries, which didn't resolve the issue.

I received this error as well when trying to load an ethereum main net safe.
