[Android] Svalinn maintenance #1912

Svalinn libraries (library working with BC directly - needed e.g. for transaction execution or ENS resolution) were not maintained & updated for a long time, thus some maintenance work is required.

TODO:

[x] Check deployments
[x] Adjust credentials & secrets if needed
[x] Upgrade gradle & kotlin dependencies
