Describe the bug [Android][Tx execution]Gnosis chain - "Failed to load balance" error instead of loading estimation and key on tx execution review page

To Reproduce

Precondition: I have two owners keys imported in the app Tx was created using send option in the android app token - wxdai

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the safe gno:0x9DF58F04F3e914ED8D972146401C85313A53FecA
2. Try to execute tx with nonce=150 Current result: Failed to load balances

Expected behavior It should be possible to execute or more clear error should be shown to the user if there is some problem on our back-end or on the user side
