Describe the bug 422422 error when transfer EURe

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Try to create a transfer EURe from the safe Current result:

Expected behavior Make sure that EURe transfer is possible using android mobile app

Smartphone (please complete the following information): Device: Samsung galaxy s23 ultra Device OS: Android 14 Safe mobile app version 3.9.0 I have tried all keys ( it doesn't depend on the key type)

The issue will be fixed in the next release - 3.10.0-4089rc
