[android] confirming issue (doesn't confirm on transaction details) #2044

Safe transaction confirmation fails on Anrdoid with error 1104.

The transaction has to have a refundReceiver field (in advanced details) for the signing operation to fail. Works on web.

It may be related to the Safe{Pass} transactions.
