Update CSV Airdrop to 2.1.0

Update to CSV Airdrop app to 1.3.0

New features:

Displays more NFT images
After submitting a tx the app displays the tx status instead of the Submit button. This was requested by multiple users because it was confusing that there was no user feedback after successfully submitting a tx.
Donate button in generate transfers menu which adds one line to the csv with a transfer of chosen asset and amount to our donation address (on Mainnet, Rinkeby, Goerli, Polygon, Gnosis Chain, Binance)
small UI tweaks:
- CSV Editor uses full width as transfer data can be quite long
- Generate Transfers Menu is always visible

The pr description and the app versions see to disagree here. I see 1.3 and 2.1.

Yes. We did not increment the package.json with every release. We should fix it with the next one.
