@vijaykrishnavanshi after reviewing your code I recommend you the following changes:

• Remove @gnosis.pm/safe-apps-sdk from package.json. This package is deprecated and should be changed by @safe-global/safe-apps-sdk
  • I would recommend you to rely on the version that wagmi provides but as you have a direct dependency with @safe-global/safe-apps-sdk could also be a good idea to keep it on your direct dependencies.
  • You can already remove /gnosis-safe.io$/ from the connector config, as this domain is not supported anymore
