[Docs] Remove guide section from the repository #452

Context / issue

Currently we have some duplicity between guides at the repo and Safe docs. Both sections mention similar things but at the same time are not aligned. Also in some cases we need to maintain the same information in both sections. This can cause confusion among devs that will may not know which one is correctly updated to follow.

Proposed solution

Remove the guides from the repo. Add a guide section in the main README that redirects to the expected section on docs.safe.global Update docs.safe.global to contain all the current information in the guides updated
