Improve search empty result page

Provide a clear CTA at the 'no results' search page, which needs to solve the following problems:

• Provide info on what to do next (add a custom app, try another search, etc)
• Include an illustration to maintain empty state style throughout app
• Reduce the amount of text and / or figure out another placement for missing app that is being searched
