Why do we need it?
Bigger amount of feedback would help to understand our users better and define what's missing in the app, in general.
Requirements
Intercom chat button should not be hidden in 'Get in touch';
Should be more discoverable;
Should not intervene with the user's experience.
If a reply in the chat was received - show a notification indicator in the 'Settings' tab.
